Precision Waterjet Cutting
Waterjets are precision tools that are capable of precise and accurate machining when used to their full potential. Our proven process creates consistency you can rely on. We keep the waterjet set to a higher quality cutting model that keeps holes round, edges square, and a smooth finish. Our cutting table is 5′ x 10′ and a standard set up allows for up to 4″ thick material. A multi-axis cutting head allows for taper elimination and the ability to cut some 3D surfaces.
Inspection
As part of our process, we will check critical dimensions on all parts we cut. If there is a specific dimension we need to hit, we will dial in our waterjet to keep the tightest tolerances. A dimensional inspection report can be added to your project to give you peace of mind and speed up the receiving process.
Manufacturing Design
Don’t have a drawing? That’s okay. I can help bring your idea to reality. From a napkin sketch or a paper template, I can develop a waterjet file that is ready to use or ready for a secondary process. My experience in complete product manufacturing and custom fabrication of customer and personal projects, I know what it takes to make a part functional but also cost effective to make.
